JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for working with senior level management
and the development team in the full life-cycle of creating
commercially viable applications including design, development,
testing, documentation, deployment, and support of web-based
solutions. Functional responsibilities will include developing
solutions according to specifications, optimizing code for
performance, implementing product-based solutions, and integration
of off-the-shelf software, while working in a team oriented
environment. Additional responsibilities include participation in
the quality assurance process, managing enhancements for deployed
solutions, research & development of new technologies, and
proof-of-concept work for new product ideas.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities
* Design and develop object models, methods, and properties based
on the defined architecture solution.
* Design and develop integration points between custom and
commercial applications/databases primarily for web
environments.
* Design and develop appropriate data schemas to support custom
solutions and reporting needs.
Must Haves
* 1-3 years of object-oriented design and programming
experience
* 1-3 years of hands-on .NET development for web-based
applications
* A passion for technology, particularly the web-based magic of
all kinds
* Strong working knowledge of .NET Framework (v2.0 +) and
SQL
* Ability to quickly understand goals and requirements and then
translate them into working solutions within budget and time
constraints
* Strong oral and written communication skills
Bonus If You Know
* Web Services, AJAX, SilverLight, Adobe Flex
* Experience with Content Management principles and
solutions
* Current web development best practices
* XHTML, JavaScript, and CSS

web-ready work.
Strong attention to detail - this makes all the difference.
