Grayscale initially sought C2's expertise for comprehensive support for their Optimizely digital platform. This partnership was crucial for addressing a range of technical needs, from consistent bug fixes and the development of new page and block templates to critical technical audits that ensured their platform's stability and performance. However, approximately one year into this collaboration, Grayscale launched a pivotal strategic initiative: an ambitious, organization-wide replatform initiative, migrating their entire digital ecosystem from Optimizely to a new Sanity CMS.
