Acco Brands
ACCO Brands, an almost $2 billion dollar supplier of branded academic, consumer and business products, sought to increase revenue and streamline its online shopping experience through a unified content and commerce solution that could scale to support more than 20 market-leading brands.
The National Notary Association (NNA) had a website, but it wasn’t working for them. Built using a simple brochure-style design, it provided basic information and customer service through its quote request feature. However, those things were not enough to meet changing customer expectations, especially since some of NNA’s customers had a need for urgent, instant issuance of surety bonds.
The Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) identified a need for a user experience that more clearly presented its mission and had an intuitive user flow. To achieve this, they partnered with The C2 Group to engage in a redesign and replatforming project.
The C2 Group supported Optimizely in implementing a new design system concentrated on creating a seamless customer journey. Optimizely can now create consistent and cohesive experiences using components, UI Interactions, and visual styles designed by C2.
