Simplified CSR UI navigation

Updated in: EPiServer.Commerce 13.10.0 [ID: COM-10038]

Episerver has put lots of love into improvements for its Commerce customer service representative (CSR) order management interface lately. This latest release enhances client-side routing, which allows a CSR to utilize the browser’s forward and back buttons. Previously, when CSRs would use the back button, it would cause for Episerver to completely log out, causing users to lose where they were in the UI.

In addition, they can now copy and share links to a specific view (ex: a customer’s cart) with another CSR user, which enhances further troubleshooting potential issues. While the CSR functionality is part of the Episerver Beta Program, customers interested in beta feature access can contact C2 here or talk to your project manager during your next status call.

Improvements to Form submission save verification

Updated in: EPiServer.Forms 13.10.0  [ID: AFORM-2316]

Episerver to the rescue! The latest Forms updates assists developers in better troubleshooting when a form save action fails. Before, when a form save action would fail, it would still display a form submission success message to site visitor. Now, developers will receive an error alert in the log to better assist in the troubleshooting process and can choose to show the site visitor the error message or keep the success message.
