Episerver's May 2020 release notes focus on Commerce CSR Order Management tool updates that enable service representatives to provide more seamless customer experiences.

Enhancements to Epi’s CSR Order Management Tool

In Episerver Commerce, several improvements made to the CSR Order Management tool enable Epi business users to provide a more seamless customer experience with the following updates:

Create Exchange Orders

Fixed in: EPiServer.Commerce 13.19.0 [ID: COM-10074]

Service representatives can now create exchange orders for customers, regardless of if you have received the returned item.

Create New Purchase Orders

Fixed in: EPiServer.Commerce 13.19.0 [ID: COM-10224]

Customer service representatives can now create purchase orders on behalf of a customer. For example, a customer calls on the phone and places an order.

Search Customer Information within Order Management

Fixed in: EPiServer.Commerce 13.19.0 [ID: COM-10538]

You can now search to view and search customer information, such as customer name, email or order number to find orders, carts, and payment plan details. This is a large improvement over the previous search capabilities and will allow your team to more quickly service your customers.

Updated UI for Orders List

Fixed in: EPiServer.Commerce 13.19.0 [ID: COM-11219]

Episerver has made a series of minor updates to the Order List user interface that help improve the speed and usability of the tool.
