For the second time, The C2 Group has been recognized as a National Best and Brightest Company to Work For.

Of more than 1,000+ nominations, The C2 Group was recently recognized as one of 113 winning organizations from across the county to be named a 2021 National Best and Brightest Company to Work For. This is the second time C2 has received the national award.

The award honors companies that deliver exceptional human resource practices and an impressive commitment to their employees. The C2 Group was assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.

This is a huge tribute to the culture our team continues to build each day; and the high level of service we continue to provide for our customers despite the challenges we’ve faced in the last year," said Katie Herrick, Support Services Director at The C2 Group.

Through an employee engagement analysis report, the National Association for Business Resources identified that the vast majority of C2’s employees understand the company’s mission and values, feel they can balance job requirements and personal/family life, feel they can be themselves at work, and favor C2’s acts of contributing to the local community.
